Wild at Ease, Lda, headquartered at Rua das Portas de Santo Antão, 89, 1169-022 Lisbon, with commercial registration 514 840 323, is the legitimate owner of the official The Innoscent website, whose domain is: www.theinnoscent.com.

OBJECT AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION
All sales made in The Innoscent’s Online Store between the customer, as the buyer, and The Innoscent as the seller, are governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale described on this page. These terms apply to both visitors and any commercial transactions carried out through our Online Store;
Product search and acquisition are subject to acceptance of the General Conditions of Use, defined by The Innoscent on this page;
The Innoscent will consider “Customer,” “User,” or “Buyer” anyone who purchases products or services in the Online Store;
Given the growing evolution of online shopping platforms, The Innoscent may, at any time and without prior notice, modify these previously mentioned Terms of Use and Contracting. In the same conditions, product information, prices, commercial conditions, and promotions may be modified. The Innoscent will always consider publishing all such changes;
Orders placed by users who do not agree with The Innoscent’s General Terms and Conditions of Sale may not be considered and The Innoscent reserves the right not to process them;
A valid email or postal address must always be provided by the “Customer” to allow “The Seller” (The Innoscent) to establish contact with the “Customer” whenever appropriate. This contact is accepted and authorized in advance by the consumer.
CONTENT AVAILABLE ON THE INNOSCENT
Any attempt, without prior written authorization, to reproduce, transfer, distribute, or store digital content or materials present on The Innoscent website is prohibited. All content is for strictly personal use;
Links to our official website for commercial purposes are not allowed without prior authorization. Likewise, the use of The Innoscent’s domain, www.theinnoscent.com, by third parties is prohibited, and infringement may be subject to legal action by The Innoscent;
The Innoscent is not responsible for links outside the official page www.theinnoscent.com, or Social Networks that allow access to the Online Store. Any content in these links will also not be the responsibility of The Innoscent;
The Communication and Marketing Team of The Innoscent strives for transparent communication with the “Customer” and works to ensure that all information presented in the online store is free of spelling errors. In the event of a spelling error, it will always be corrected as soon as possible;
The Innoscent will always disclose contractual information, product and service information, communications (via email or SMS), and formalize sales in Portuguese.
COMMERCIAL POLICY
The customer always has the right to cancel the Purchase and Sale contract, in accordance with applicable legal terms, if the information about the product or service displayed in the Online Store does not match their actual characteristics.
The Innoscent advises that the images shown may be purely illustrative. We therefore recommend that you always consult the detailed product information available in the product description. If you have any doubts, please contact us at info@theinnoscent.com.
Any change in the price and characteristics of the product does not require prior notice.
The consumer must be aware of and accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale of The Innoscent before validating their purchase order or request.
All data recorded by The Innoscent serve as proof of the transactions made between The Innoscent and the “Customer.”
RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP OF MARKETED PRODUCTS
All products listed on The Innoscent remain the property of the company until a payment has been made by the consumer to acquire them.
QUALITY AND WARRANTY
Products will only be sold through the official page of The Innoscent. Under no circumstances will second-hand products be sold, or products that are of lower quality than existing market standards.
The Innoscent warns that browsers and monitors used by consumers may influence the aesthetic appearance of the products shown online. For this reason, the products viewed may not fully correspond to the final product.
PRICES
All prices displayed on The Innoscent are already subject to Value Added Tax (VAT).
At the end of the online purchase process, a final price will be presented to the customer that includes the cost of the products, Value Added Tax, and shipping costs, if applicable. The invoice for the purchase will subsequently be sent via email.
The prices of the products displayed on The Innoscent are listed in Euros, and the only change to the final price will be made based on shipping costs or the application of a promotional discount.
RESPONSIBILITY
The Innoscent will only be responsible for damages suffered by the “Buyer” in cases where such damages result from violations attributable to the contractual obligations of The Innoscent towards the “Consumer,” or if the responsibility results from applicable legal rights.
Any damage suffered by the consumer as a result of the inappropriate use of the products will not be the responsibility of The Innoscent.
The Innoscent is not responsible for damages that result from incorrect information in the Online Store or on the product itself.
The Innoscent assures consumers that all products sold in the Online Store comply with both Portuguese and community legislation.
The Innoscent assumes no responsibility in case of violation of the legislation of the country where the order is delivered. The customer should check with local authorities for the conditions of importing or using the products they intend to order.
INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
All texts, comments, works, and images reproduced or represented on The Innoscent are strictly reserved under copyright as well as intellectual property rights, for the whole world.
Accordingly, and as per the Intellectual Property Code, only the use of information for private purposes is authorized, subject to contrary provisions, including more restrictive provisions contained in said code.
Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, of The Innoscent or any elements included in it, is strictly prohibited.
The company names, brands, and distinctive signs reproduced on The Innoscent are protected under the legal provisions applicable to industrial property. Reproduction or representation of any part of any distinctive signs is strictly prohibited and must be subject to prior written authorization from The Innoscent.
If the “User” wishes to use information or materials from the Online Store, they must obtain prior written authorization from The Innoscent.
APPLICABLE LAW
The present Terms and Conditions, and all emerging disputes related to these general conditions, including their validity, the use of the online store www.theinnoscent.com, or any purchase therein, shall be governed by Portuguese Law.
In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation or execution of the present Terms and Conditions, The Innoscent and the “Buyer” commit to seek a fair and adequate friendly resolution within a maximum period of 60 (sixty) days from the receipt of the communication addressed for that purpose by any of the parties involved.
In the absence of a friendly solution, as set forth in the previous number, and in the case of non-compliance with the present Terms and Conditions, both parties agree that the Civil Court of Lisbon is the competent forum, expressly waiving any other.

USE POLICY
USER OBLIGATIONS
When accessing The Innoscent website, visitors are obligated to comply with and respect the current general conditions, including the following obligations:
- We will not allow the introduction, storage, and transmission of obscene, defamatory, insulting, or xenophobic content on The Innoscent or its social networks. Similarly, content that violates general principles of law and public order is prohibited;
- Protect and do not share your secret access password for the Online Store with third parties, thus preventing access to your account and personal data;
- False identities will not be permitted;
- All personal data provided, including addresses, must be correct so that The Innoscent can accurately process invoicing and shipping of orders;
- As the consumer is solely responsible for the veracity of their personal data, we ask that, in case of any change to this data, you update it in your consumer profile;
- The Innoscent will not be responsible for delays or inability to process the order if there is an error in data entry or insufficient data provided by the consumer.
PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGNS AND CODES
APPLICABLE CONDITIONS TO PROMOTIONAL CODES (DISCOUNT COUPONS) AND PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGNS
The Innoscent will provide promotional codes that allow the user to enjoy discounts and more advantageous prices on a certain product or set of products. The use of the discount by the customer implies compliance with the rules set by The Innoscent; The promotional codes provided by The Innoscent are personal and non-transferable and will only be valid for online purchases at The Innoscent. Transactions involving the sale, exchange, or donation of promotional codes are prohibited, and it is the customer’s obligation not to insert the promotional code on websites or other public forms of offer, donation, exchange, or sale. Promotional codes cannot be used for commercial purposes;
Each promotional code is limited to one use per product or order and is not cumulative with promotional campaigns unless indicated by The Innoscent;
Promotional codes will not be exchanged for cash, and they cannot be reissued or refunded;
In cases where it is suspected that the promotional code may be used in violation of the above assumptions, The Innoscent, without prejudice to any other rights, has the right to immediately block the promotional code.
VALIDITY OF PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGNS
Any offer or promotional campaign presented by The Innoscent is only valid within the time frame specified by The Innoscent. The conditions of use mentioned in the product sheet in promotion should be considered;
If any of the products on promotion are exchanged or returned, only the amount actually spent by the customer on the product purchase will be refunded;
All campaigns or discounts will always be limited to existing stock;
Unless otherwise indicated by The Innoscent, free shipping campaigns will not be valid for use on items that are already on promotion.
PAYMENT METHODS
PAYMENT CONDITIONS AND SECURITY GUARANTEES
All orders placed at The Innoscent can be paid using Credit Card (VISA/Mastercard), Multibanco Reference, and/or MBWay; If the “Consumer” opts to make payment via Credit Card (VISA/Mastercard), they will be automatically directed to a secure link where we will obtain payment authorization. As with any other credit card payment, the following details will be requested: cardholder name, expiration date. For your secure shopping experience, you are alerted that the CVV (security code) needs to be entered. Since the CVV is a code that is part of the card itself, any attempt at fraud is securely prevented;
If the “Consumer” opts to make payment via Multibanco Reference, The Innoscent will only begin processing the order after receiving the respective amount. Therefore, in this payment method, we advise you to carry it out as soon as possible, so as to receive your order promptly. If the order payment is not verified within 24 hours after the order is made, The Innoscent will proceed with the order cancellation;
If the “Consumer” opts to make the payment via MBWay, they will receive a payment notification in the MBWAY app. To continue the payment process, the steps indicated by the app should be followed. This payment has a time limit, indicated by the app, so failure to meet the limit will result in the order cancellation;
We advise you to make the payment only using the platforms suggested by The Innoscent. If this is not the case, The Innoscent is not responsible for the loss of the money paid or for damages that may arise from it;

SECURITY IN TRANSACTIONS
For your safety and protection, The Innoscent uses security technologies that allow data encryption. In this way, we can guarantee that all information provided, from the initial moment to when the order is processed, will not be stored on any public server;
The Innoscent alerts its consumers that, despite data encryption, payment over the internet always represents a risk, particularly if the “Customer” does not take the necessary security precautions. The consumer should always assume the appropriate responsible behaviors concerning online purchases;
Under no circumstances will The Innoscent be responsible for damages suffered resulting from the use of electronic means of communication, in particular from damages arising from failures or delays in the delivery of electronic communications, interception or manipulation of electronic communications by third parties, or computer programs used for communication or virus transmission.

OUR COMMITMENT
The Innoscent commits to providing its customers with excellent service, based on respect, sincerity, and the proper handling of all personal data provided to The Innoscent. We focus on quality assurance and aim to offer distinguished service that earns the trust of our clients daily. We guarantee that all data will not be disclosed to other entities for commercial purposes, unless authorized by the customer.
COLLECTION AND TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA
All data requested and provided by the consumer will exclusively be handled by The Innoscent and will only serve the purpose of online registration for the purchase of products presented by us, the sending of newsletters, and the sending of promotional campaigns.
Promotional campaigns will be sent based on each customer’s buying profile. We clarify that the collection of data entered during registration at The Innoscent (name, email address, phone number, password, and delivery address) are strictly related to the entire sales process, including the transportation of selected products, and marketing actions aimed primarily at improving our customer’s shopping experience.
Additionally, consumer data may need to be processed in the following situations: pre and post-sales service assistance (including exchanges and/or returns) and future orders (data memory to simplify the purchasing and invoicing process).
We further clarify that all processing is governed by the guidelines of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Law No. 58/2019, dated August 8, which ensures the execution of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the Parliament and of the Council, dated April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.
SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA
Our consumers’ personal data may be disclosed to third parties/subcontractors, namely external entities contracted by The Innoscent. Should disclosure to such entities, which provide specific services in Customer Support, Information Technologies, or Communications services occur, it will be done with the requirement that the purpose for which the consumer provided their personal data to The Innoscent is not violated. We emphasize that in the case of data disclosure, it will only be carried out upon information or consent from the data subject in question.
CONSERVATION OF PERSONAL DATA
Our consumers’ personal data will only be stored if strictly necessary for processing online purchases. Once such purposes are concluded, all data provided by the consumer (name, email address, phone number, password, and delivery address) will be deleted or anonymized by The Innoscent.
HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS
Our consumers may, at any time and under applicable legislation, request access to all personal data provided to The Innoscent, as well as demand its deletion, rectification, portability, limitation, or opposition to its treatment. To do so, an email should be sent to info@theinnoscent.com.
USE OF COOKIES
To present products and promotional campaigns tailored to your preferences and needs, The Innoscent uses Cookies. Only The Innoscent will have access to the information collected through Cookies. If this feature is blocked, we won’t be able to provide the best conditions through products or specific campaigns. We ensure that our objective is to optimize navigation on The Innoscent.
CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY AND COOKIE POLICIES
We inform you that, due to the constant evolution of online shopping platforms, The Innoscent may at any time modify or update its Privacy and Cookie Policies. All changes will be announced and will take effect from the moment they are disclosed. Therefore, we ask our consumers to regularly check our Privacy and Cookie Policies.
Delivery AND RETURNS
PRODUCT SHIPMENT
Orders will only be delivered by CTT, from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm; or by the GLS courier, within the same hours.
The successful delivery of the order depends on the accuracy of the information provided by the consumer, especially the address.
If the customer chooses to have the delivery made by regular CTT mail, they assume responsibility for any loss that may occur due to CTT, as The Innoscent cannot track the order. Therefore, The Innoscent considers the order delivered once it is dropped off at a CTT agency.
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to check if the products delivered are in good condition. If not, contact must be made within a maximum period of 24 hours to the Sales/Customer Support Team via email at info@theinnoscent.com or by phone at +351 964 773 946 (Call cost for the national mobile network).
SHIPPING COSTS
All shipping costs related to the order are billed per order, not per product. Therefore, the customer can include more than one product in their order and will only pay shipping fees once.
If the purchase amount exceeds €40, shipping will be free and sent by regular CTT mail without any order tracking. The customer will have to adhere to CTT’s delivery times and possible losses by the carrier, as The Innoscent cannot track the order.
Free shipping will only apply to Portugal.
If the customer opts for faster delivery with order tracking, they will need to pay for express shipping, the cost of which is determined by the delivery address.
Shipping costs within Portugal will cost €1.80 (VAT included) per order if you choose regular CTT mail.
If you opt for CTT Blue Mail, the delivery cost will be €3.05 (VAT included), for up to two packages.
Shipping to the Madeira and Azores archipelagos will only be done by CTT and will have the same shipping costs as the mainland—€1.80 (regular mail) and €3.05 (blue mail) for up to two packages.
The Innoscent alerts consumers that deliveries to other European countries will be quoted based on the destination and volume of the order.
The Innoscent informs that, in the case of promotions, the final order amount considered for free shipping will be the final amount after applying all promotions in effect at that time.
DELIVERY TIMES
After The Innoscent registers the order upon payment, and barring unforeseen stock shortages, the delivery times for the order will be as follows:
In mainland Portugal, between 1 to 3 business days; In the Madeira and Azores archipelagos, up to 5 days, except for exceptions beyond The Innoscent’s control.
The customer has no right to compensation in case of a delay in shipping the items, considering the estimated delivery dates.
ORDER RECEIPTS, INVOICES, AND SLIPS
The order confirmation, which contains the products purchased and the amount paid, has no accounting value and only serves as proof of purchase completion. Invoices and receipts, with or without a Tax Identification Number (NIF), are issued and subsequently sent along with the order.

Cancellations, Exchanges, and Returns
CANCELLATIONS
Orders whose payment is not confirmed within a maximum period of 24 hours from the time of order confirmation will be canceled.
If you have already made the payment and wish to cancel, you should contact our Sales/Customer Support Team via email at info@theinnoscent.com or by phone at +351 964 773 946 (Cost of call to the national mobile network).
Cancellations with payment made will only be accepted if the order is still in the preparation process. If it has already been shipped, The Innoscent cannot proceed with its cancellation.
All refunds resulting from canceled paid orders will be made using the same payment method used in the initial transaction, according to our Cancellation, Exchange, and Return Policy.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS OF PRODUCTS
Under Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14, customers have 14 days from the receipt of the goods to terminate the contract and return them.
The right of free termination must be exercised within 14 days from the receipt of the goods, through a clear statement sent by email to info@theinnoscent.com. The customer alone is responsible for proving that they exercised their right to free termination within the legal period.
The Innoscent informs that:
All payments related to the costs of the articles (except delivery costs) will be refunded without undue delay, within a maximum period of 14 days from the date The Innoscent is informed of your decision to terminate the contract.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used in the initial transaction.
Refunds will only be processed after The Innoscent has received the returned goods.
Goods must be returned without undue delay, within 14 days from the date you informed The Innoscent of your decision to terminate the contract.
Direct costs for returning the goods are borne by the customer.
Exchanges and/or returns can only be made if the products have not been used, are in their original packaging, with seals and stickers intact.
Do not proceed with sending the products for exchange and/or return without first contacting the Sales/Customer Support Team.
After initiating the process, the customer should send the items, properly packaged along with the invoice, to the following address: Travessa da Rua da Cabine, 11 – Armazém D ou F, 2665-329 Milharado.
All items must be in good condition (sale conditions), without the original packaging being opened. Products that have been tried or damaged due to reasons beyond preparation or shipping will not be returned.
